Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. After shipment, the customer will receive tracking information, and the Exchange Policy will apply.

In eligible cases, ArshamWear may issue a credit note or discount code instead of a refund

Order Cancellation by ArshamWear
ArshamWear reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Orders may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:
Item being out of stock
Payment failure or decline by the issuing financial institution
Pricing or typographical errors
Verification issues related to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Any other reason beyond our reasonable control
In the event of cancellation by ArshamWear, customers will be notified promptly via phone, SMS, or email, and appropriate resolution will be provided.
