Shipping & Handling

ArshamWear currently delivers within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders placed within Pakistan are dispatched through reputable courier services such as TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, or other reliable logistics partners, depending on service availability in your area.

Once your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our Customer Support team may contact you via call or SMS to verify order details.

• This verification step is mandatory for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• If verification is not completed within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

• Order Dispatch: Within 1–2 working days after order confirmation

• Delivery Time: Approximately 4–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service performance

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery is offered on all orders above PKR 4,999 within Pakistan.

• Orders below this amount may incur a standard delivery charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
